BALAGTAS, Bulacan – Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado on Thursday introduced his plans to amplify Bulacan’s promising progress by developing and improving its roads during his speech during the commemoration of 435th Bulacan Foundation Day.

“You cannot reach any portion of Central Luzon, Region 2 or Region 1 without passing through the province of Bulacan,” said the governor.
